How much does the delivery cost?

We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States of America and Europe. The delivery price is impacted by the destination, international taxes and chosen delivery option. Returns

How can I return my order?

Are you unhappy with your order? We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with your products. Please contact us at info@Gallinée.com within the 14 days of receiving a parcel to organise a return. Refunds usually take up to 10 days to be processed and will be refunded back to your original payment method.

Unfortunately, we will not accept returns of products that have been opened or damaged.

If your order arrived damaged, missing an item or if something else is wrong, please send us pictures of your order and the order number at info@Gallinée.com and we will do our best to help you.

PAPERLESS RETURNS IN THE UK
Please note we’ve gone paperless for our UK customers. This means we no longer include paper despatch notes in our parcels for online orders. Please keep your confirmation or despatch email safe as this is include your proof of purchase. When returning a product, please provide a note inside your parcel stating your order number, the name of the returned product(s) and the reason for the return so that we can process your refund.

How much do returns cost?

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the parcel until it arrives to our warehouses. It includes the risk of loss or damage of the product.
