How it works:
C. Acnes is a bacterium found on human skin, accounting for 60% of the face microbiome. Some strains of C.Acnes are known to trigger inflammation & acne, whilst the majority of other strains are essential to skin health, supporting the development of good bacteria on the skin.
Polylysine reduces the inflammatory C.Acnes bacteria and promotes the non-inflammatory strains that contribute to healthy skin.

POLYLYSINE: A patented super-ingredient that reduces inflammatory C.Acnes bacteria & promotes non-inflammatory strains that are beneficial to the skin.
HIBISCUS APPLE CIDER VINEGAR: A postbiotic used for its gentil micro-exfoliation action: brightens & soothes skin, prevents pores from getting clogged.
LACTIC ACID: The gentlest of AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids, mostly derived from natural sources and used in skincare for their exfoliating properties). Lactic acid helps to maintain skin’s optimal pH level and has hydrating and softening properties. We use a slow-release form to suit even the most sensitive skin.
