How it works:
This innovative blend combines purifying nettle and zinc with 2 complementary strains of live bacteria to tackle blemishes and produce a skin clarifying vinegar in the gut.

Key Ingredients

NETTLE: known to reduce the appearance of blemishes and promote a clearer skin

ZINC: known to boost skin healing and protect skin cells from oxidative stress

2 STRAINS OF LIVE PROBIOTICS:Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG and Lactococcus lactis spp lactis HA136, two live bacteria strain. the GG has been extensively studied for its soothing effect on skin, and the HA136 creates vinegar in situ in the gut.

PREBIOTIC:Inulin is a natural prebiotic found in chicory, perfect for feeding the gut microbiome

How to use

Take 1 skincare capsule per day before a meal (when your stomach’s pH is the most optimal) with a glass of water. For best results, we recommend taking the Clear & Microbiome cure for at least 2 months.
